Shipping/Delivery Policy:

As an NGO, Sewa Sankalp does not sell physical products that require shipping or delivery. Therefore, we do not have a shipping/delivery policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Sewa Sankalp accepts donations and volunteer applications through our website. Donations are processed immediately, and volunteer applications are reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds:

As Sewa Sankalp is a non-profit organization, we do not offer refunds for donations made to our organization.

If you have made a donation in error or would like to request a refund for any other reason, please contact us at wecare@sewa-sankalp.com, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel a recurring donation, please contact us at wecare@sewa-sankalp.com, and we will assist you in canceling your donation.
