Free Sewing Training Centre in Mohanlalganj
With immense pride and joy, Sewa Sankalp, in collaboration with the Red Rose Group of Schools, Lucknow, inaugurated a Free Self-Employment Training Centre on 04 July 2026 at Red Rose Public School, Village Bhajan Mau, Tehsil Mohanlalganj, Lucknow. This new initiative represents another significant step toward empowering rural women and girls through skill development and livelihood opportunities.
The training centre was formally inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Shri R. C. Mishra Ji, Founder of the Red Rose Group of Schools, Lucknow, who ceremonially cut the ribbon and officially dedicated the centre to the community. His inspiring presence and continued commitment to education and social development added great significance to the occasion.
Sewa Sankalp extends its heartfelt gratitude to every supporter, volunteer, donor, and well-wisher whose encouragement and unwavering trust continue to strengthen our mission of serving society. Every milestone we achieve is a reflection of your blessings, generosity, and commitment toward building a more empowered and self-reliant India.
One of the greatest forms of empowerment is providing individuals with the skills to become financially independent. Recognizing this, Sewa Sankalp has been consistently working to establish vocational training centres that equip women with practical skills capable of transforming their lives.
The newly inaugurated training centre will provide completely free sewing and tailoring training to rural women and girls living in and around Mohanlalganj. These vocational skills are designed not only to improve employability but also to encourage entrepreneurship, enabling women to earn a sustainable income while contributing to their families and communities.
For many women in rural India, access to professional training remains limited. By eliminating financial barriers and offering quality vocational education free of cost, Sewa Sankalp hopes to create lasting opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom.
Economic independence empowers women to make informed decisions, improve their quality of life, and inspire future generations. Sewing and tailoring continue to be among the most practical self-employment skills, allowing women to establish home-based businesses, undertake custom tailoring work, produce garments, and generate a reliable source of income.
This initiative is expected to benefit numerous women and young girls who aspire to become self-reliant but lack access to affordable vocational education.
Every trainee who completes this program will carry forward not just technical skills but also renewed confidence, dignity, and hope for a brighter future.
The collaboration between Sewa Sankalp and the Red Rose Group of Schools demonstrates how educational institutions and social organizations can work together to create meaningful and sustainable community development.
By opening its campus for this initiative, Red Rose Public School has reinforced its commitment to education beyond academics, extending its support toward social responsibility and women’s empowerment.
Such partnerships multiply impact, ensuring that more communities benefit from initiatives focused on education, healthcare, skill development, and social welfare.
The successful organization of this inauguration was made possible through the collective efforts of many dedicated individuals who contributed their time, energy, and commitment.
Sewa Sankalp expresses sincere appreciation to:
Their dedication, coordination, and enthusiasm played a vital role in making the inauguration ceremony successful and memorable.
The launch of this Free Self-Employment Training Centre is more than the opening of a new facility—it is the beginning of countless success stories that will emerge from empowered women who gain the confidence to shape their own futures.
Sewa Sankalp firmly believes that when women become financially independent, entire families prosper, children receive better opportunities, and communities become stronger. Skill development is one of the most sustainable investments in social progress, and initiatives like these create long-lasting change at the grassroots level.
Our vision is to establish many more vocational training centres across rural and underserved regions, ensuring that every woman willing to learn has access to opportunities that can transform her life.
